Hi, I'm Liisa. I am a trauma-informed music psychotherapist who provides body positive music psychotherapy from a Health at Every Size perspective in New York. I specialize in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people working on body image, anxiety, trauma and depression. As we work together you'll strengthen your connection to yourself, discover new and deeper ways of taking up space in the world, and connect with your creative self. Whether you're ready to change your relationship with the body you live in now, or you're working on a life transition, therapy can be a great place to start practicing the life you want to be living.
